Summer vacation in Obergurgl

Around Obergurgl there are a variety of different routes: from the leisurely hike around the village to enjoyable hikes to huts and alpine pastures to the ambitious summit tour, everything is included. Always in view: the glaciers of the Ötztal Alps. Even in summer you can see one or the other white mountain peak. If you want to get up close and personal with the eternal ice, you can do so on a guided glacier hike.

If you want to give your hiking boots a break for a day, you will find a number of other activities in Gurgl. With the e-bike you can speed up and down the mountain, the via ferrata Zirbenwald is full of views and in the Gurgler climbing garden you can climb to lofty heights. Directly next to the Appartementhotel Johannes are two tennis courts. And for those who generally want to take a little break from sports, our wellness area is the perfect place.
